Public House Redevelopment
We were tasked with providing the substructures, drainage, utilities and external works to this redevelopment scheme on a redundant public house site in the centre of Guildford. Amerra were successful in completing the works on programme despite working adjacent a busy apartment block of which we completely remodelled the access road as part of our works to the neighbouring site. Maintaining access throughout this element proved challenging but again was delivered on time and with minimal disruption to the residents.
Amerra were approached in 2018 to carry out initial enabling works for a new passive hause in the heart of sussex. The groundworks element of this project was split down into three individual packages consisting of enabling and access works, Drainage and civils, RC frame and earthworks. After the initial awarding of the first phase of the project, Amerra impressed the main contractor, a new client and were in turn awarded both successive contracts.
